In case of an environmental problem, municipal authorities may redeem MERITS for partaking in environmental campaigns, tree-planting or site clean-up.

A person having city-issued MERITS will be entitled to a discount in local stores, queueless access to municipal services and partaking in votable decision-making on urban issues (or they may select any other rewards on the marketplace needed at this point of time).

The more critical the project is for the city, the more MERITS you can get for participating.
